Research Interest

My research lies at the intersection of AI for Science, graph neural networks, computer vision, and biological signal processing and multi-modal data analysis, with a focus on clinical assessment and digital biomarker extraction for neurological and mental health disorders. I design deep learning frameworks that integrate spatiotemporal graph modeling, uncertainty-aware representation learning, and weakly-supervised temporal analysis to extract clinically meaningful features from heterogeneous and multi-modal clinical data.

My work aims to bridge the gap between AI methodology and real-world clinical deployment, with the ultimate goal of advancing intelligent, data-driven solutions for disease diagnosis, progression monitoring, clinical decision support, and digital therapeutics.
